The Redmi K40 Gaming Edition has proven to be a successful gaming device by selling 100,000 units in just a minute. To keep things going, Redmi has released a teaser poster today hinting at another version of the device that will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset.

In the teaser poster, there is no mention of which model of Snapdragon chipset will be used. However, reputable tipster Digital Chat Station shared that it could be powered by the Snapdragon 870. For your information, the current Redmi K40 Gaming Edition is using MediaTek's Dimensity 1200 chipset.
