Rumours of the Redmi K50 Gaming has been around for some weeks. It's speculated that the phone will use the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. But that might not be the only chipset that will be sourced. Sources claim that Redmi will also use a Qualcomm chipset.

According to Gizmochina, the Xiaomi 21121210C device spotted on Geekbench is the Redmi K50 Gaming. As you can see, this device's motherboard has the codename 'taro', which means that it's the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. The configuration of 1+3+4 CPU cores running at 3GHz, 2.5GHz, and 1.79GHz clock speeds also matches the chipset's tech specs. This device also has 12GB of RAM, so it's most likely the best variant for the model.

Also, the listing confirms that the device supports 120W fast charging. In terms of features, we expect this model to retain the shoulder buttons from the Redmi K40 Gaming.
