Redmi Note 13 Pro+ may feature a Xiaomi 13-inspired design refresh

After what seems like countless Redmi Note 12 series smartphones with pretty much the same design, it looks like the Xiaomi subsidiary may finally refresh its Note series. This is after alleged schematics of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ popped up online bearing a refreshed design.

As shared by reliable tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the schematics show that the device will have a square camera module at the back and a flat back and display. This is similar to the Xiaomi 13 series and a departure from the curved backs of the Redmi Note 12 series.

The tipster didn’t actually name the device but many are speculating that the schematics relate to the Redmi Note 13 Pro+, essentially the flagship of the series. Besides that, he also revealed that the smartphone will feature a 50MP main camera as part of a triple-camera setup.

While it may look like quad cameras in the drawings, the extra circle is actually the flash. Speaking of cameras, the front-facing camera will be located in the top-centre of the smartphone.

Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed as of yet. Well, for the latest development on this and for more trending tech news, make sure to stay tuned to TechNave!
