Redmi Note 13 series Malaysia release - Up to Dimensity 7200-Ultra SoC & 200MP main camera from RM749

After weeks of hype, Xiaomi Malaysia today launched the Redmi Note 13 series in our country. Comprising the Note 13, Note 13 5G, Note 13 Pro 5G and Note 13 Pro+ 5G, read on to find out more about the latest generation of the popular smartphone lineup. 

Starting with the vanilla Note 13 5G, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage that’s extendable up to 1TB via the microSD card slot. There’s also a 5000mAh battery with support for 33W charging via the USB-C port. 

Display-wise, it’s a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED with an FHD+ resolution and 1000 nits peak brightness. Meanwhile, the cameras are a 16MP selfie shooter and a 108MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro triple-camera setup at the rear.

There’s also the Note 13 which features almost the same specs as the 5G version except for the processor, which is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 SoC. Check out the full specs below:

Moving to the Note 13 Pro 5G, it’s powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. There’s also a 5100mAh battery which supports 67W charging via the USB-C port. 

The display is a 6.67-inch 120Hz CrystalRes AMOLED with a 1.5K resolution and 1800 nits peak brightness. Camera-wise, it sports a 16MP selfie shooter at the front and a 200Mp main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro triple-camera setup at the rear.

Finally, the highest-end variant is the Note 13 Pro+ 5G which features the MediaTek Dimensity 7200-Ultra SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. The battery is a 5000mAh cell with support for 120W HyperCharge via the USB-C port. 

As for the screen, it’s a 6.67-inch 120Hz CrystalRes AMOLED with a 1.5K resolution and 1800 nits peak brightness. In terms of imaging capabilities, the device sports a 16MP selfie camera at the front and a 200MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro triple-camera setup at the back.

From January 20, the Redmi Note 13 Series will be available for purchase at Authorised Xiaomi stores, and at official Xiaomi stores on Lazada and Shopee. The Note 13 Pro+ 5G comes in Midnight Black, Moonlight White, and Aurora Purple, with two storage variants, with a starting price of RM1599. 

Whereas, the Note 13 Pro 5G comes in Midnight Black, Ocean Teal, and Aurora Purple, with one storage variant, priced at RM 1399. As for the vanilla Note 13 5G comes in Graphite Black, Ocean Teal, and Arctic White with one storage variant, starting from RM 1099. Redmi Note 13 comes in Midnight Black, Mint Green and Ocean Sunset, with two storage variants, starting from RM749.

 

 

From January 20 to February 2, shoppers can enjoy special offers when they purchase any of the Note 13 Series. With every purchase of Note 13 Pro+ 5G and Note 13 Pro 5G, customers will receive a FREE Buds 4 Active and Smart Band 8 Active.
