Redmi Note 13R release - SD 4 Gen 2 SoC, 120Hz LCD and 33W charging from ~RM907

After releasing the Redmi Note 13R Pro last year, the Xiaomi subsidiary now launched the vanilla version of the device, the Redmi Note 13R in China. With some compelling specs at an affordable price, read on to learn more about the device. 

Under the hood, the Note 13R is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. There’s also a 5030mAh battery with support for 33W charging via the USB-C port.

Display-wise, it’s a 6.79-inch 120Hz LCD with an FHD+ resolution and a centre punch-hole cutout housing the 5MP selfie shooter. At the rear, there’s a 50MP main camera paired with a 2MP macro. Other notable specs include HyperOS, dual SIM and colour options of either Blue, Silver or Black. 

In China, the Note 13R starts at CNY1399 or ~RM907 for 6/128GB and goes all the way to CNY2199 or ~RM1426 for 12/512GB. As of the time of writing, Redmi has yet to announce the global availability of the device, so until then, stay tuned to TechNave for more trending tech news.
