Based on images posted by Redmi on their Weibo account, it seems that the Redmi Note 8 as well as the Redmi Note 8 Pro will be officially unveiled on 29 August 2019. The poster also mentions that the devices will come with up to 25 times zoom, allowing the user to take highly detailed pictures from afar.
In terms of the chipset, it was reported that phones will come with the Helio G90T gaming chipset which was unveiled earlier this year in July. With all that being said, there is no official Malaysia release date and pricing for now. In addition to that, the exact tech specs such as RAM, storage capacity, screen resolution and more still remains largely unknown.
