Do you have a habit of hoarding the boxes for your devices? Some of us do, so it's great when the box at least has some collector's value. That could be the case for the next Xiaomi smartphone that's launching soon - the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G.

Redmi brand General Manager Lu Weibing posted a photo of the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G's retail box recently. As you can see, it's different from most retail boxes in that it has a fancy design on it, which makes it worth keeping around if you want to. Speaking of design, the design for the phone is also notably different from previous Redmi Note 9 series devices. Where the others came with a rectangle rear camera module, the new one will feature a circular one.

In terms of tech specs, the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G is expected to have a Snapdragon 750 5G chipset, up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of internal storage. Additionally, it will have a 6.67-inch LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 4820mAh battery, and supports 33W fast-charging. For cameras, there will be four at the back (108MP+8MP+2MP+2MP) and one in front (16MP).

Overall, it would mostly be an upgrade over the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max from a few months back. Having said that, would you be interested in getting this new model? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more updates on the phone.
