A month after releasing the Redmi Pad Pro in Malaysia, Xiaomi Malaysia today launched the 5G version of the tablet for our local market. Featuring some compelling specs for the price, read on to learn more.
Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. There’s also a 10000mAh battery which supports 33W charging via the USB-C port.
Display-wise, it’s a 12.1-inch 120Hz IPS LCD with a 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution and an 8MP selfie shooter embedded in its bezel. At the rear, the main camera is a singular 8MP camera with an LED flash.
Other notable specs include HyperOS, a microSD card slot, dual-SIM, dual microphones, quad-speakers and colour options of either Graphite Grey or Mint Green. In Malaysia, the Pad Pro 5G is priced at RM1799.
The tablet is going on sale starting 26 July and will be available via Xiaomi Malaysia, Shopee dan Lazada. Thos who purchase before 2 August will receive a Pad Pro keyboard worth RM399 for free, while stocks last.
