Redmi Watch 5 Malaysia release - 1500 nits 2.07-inch AMOLED and up to 24-day battery at RM459

Besides launching the Redmi Note 14 Series 5G in Malaysia recently, Xiaomi Malaysia also released other exciting products in our country. These include its latest wearable, the Redmi Watch 5, so read on to learn more. 

The Watch 5 has a 2.07-inch 60Hz AMOLED display with 324ppi, up to 1500 nits peak brightness and slimmer bezels, the largest and brightest display ever on a Redmi watch. Meanwhile, the frame is made out of aluminium and comes with a metal dial for you to navigate the OS.

It also comes with the usual health sensors, such as a new heart-rate sensor, and sensors to track blood oxygen, sleep and stress. Other notable specs include a built-in GNSS positioning sensor and a 550mAh battery, which Redmi said can last up to 24 days with normal use and up to 12 days with the always-on display mode on. 

Its built-in linear motor provides quiet, precise haptic feedback, while Bluetooth phone call support and dual-mic noise reduction provide clear calls in noisy or windy outdoor environments. Besides that, the Watch 5 has more than 150 sports modes and 5ATM water resistance.
