Redmi fans, be excited. The sub-brand for Xiaomi has confirmed the new Redmi K70E will arrive alongside the K70 and K70 Pro. That said, what should you know about it?
For your information, the K-series is Redmi’s highest-end product. The new K70E variant could feature the Dimensity 8300 SoC. Interestingly, Redmi hinted at an improved version of the SoC from the official teaser. We have yet to confirm what “8300-Ultra” means, but we could expect it to be an improved or overclocked variant.
In addition, the K70 series used the same processor. As recorded on AnTuTu, the K70E variant scored over 1526328 on the database. Interestingly, the phone managed to stay at 25-degree Celsius and 58.86 FPS after an hour of “Open World” gaming. At this point, it seems that Redmi is catering to those who can’t afford Xiaomi’s flagship series.
We have yet to confirm other tech specs or the Malaysia release date for this phone. As of now, we can only wait for further confirmation from Redmi. If you are interested, you might want to save up for it.
