Renders of iPhone Fold appear online

While it's confirmed that Apple will eventually launch foldable devices, the company is unlikely to release one this year. Sources claim that two models could be unveiled next year, with one of them being a clamshell model. But others claim that the horizontal fold model won't be out till 2024.

For those interested, the folks over at AppleInsider have made some concept renders for this iPhone Fold. These are based on patent images for the unreleased device, which will allegedly resolve the issue of having creases. Apple plans to achieve this using new hinge designs and improvements in display technology.

These are just concept renders, so don't take them seriously

As you can see, the iPhone Fold is expected to have flat edges and rounded corners like its regular counterparts. It also features a rear quad-camera setup, punch-hole front camera, and buttons on both sides. Honestly, it looks like an iPhone 13 Pro that was converted into a foldable.

Of course, these are just concept renders, so take it with a healthy dose of salt. Having said that, would you buy the so-called iPhone Fold if it looks like this? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
