Ricoh (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd recently held an event showing off their new Unified Communication System (UCS) and Interactive White Board (IWB) with a guest appearance by Federic Delbonis, Tennis World ranker 69. Showcasing Ricoh's UCS and IWB office communication solutions for SMB and SME offices, the event was in line with the ATP 2013 Malaysian Open. Ricoh booth goers had a chance to go up against Federico Delbonis in the Speed Serve event and got a closer look at the Ricoh UCS and IWB solutions for inter-office communications. Federico even signed a poster using the IWB, showing off the versatility of the product. When used in tandem with the IWB, the Ricoh UCS on the other hand offers instant portable video conferencing.
