From a recent import listing on Zauba in India, a device that might be the 3rd generation of Moto E is currently under testing, and it will be carrying the codename "Affinity." The documents also suggest that the next generation of Moto E might feature a 5-inch display. Furthermore, on that very paper too, the device is priced at $78 (RM305) per unit. Although this seems clear that it will not be the retail price of the device.

The reason for the increase in screen size, from a mere 4.5 inches on the Moto E 2nd generation, to being 5 inches now, is probably to house a fingerprint scanner. In the past, the SVP of Lenovo, Chen Xudong mentioned that all Motorola devices that will be launching in 2016 will include a fingerprint scanner.

Besides that, from the recent launch of the Lenovo Zuk Z2 Pro, Lenovo CEO Yang Yuanqing may announce that a new device will be release on this upcoming 9 June 2016. This new upcoming device from them is most likely to be about the recent active rumours of the Motorola G4. As always, do take such rumours with a pinch of salt but Zauba listings have usually been accurate. Stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news and updates.
