You probably have never heard of the brand AGM before, well, in short, they are makers of rugged smartphones that pack long-lasting battery life. According to rumours, AGM may soon be announcing an IP68-rated rugged premium smartphone that is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset called the AGM X2. It is to be paired with 4GB of RAM, as well as 128GB of internal storage.
For imaging, it packs dual 16MP rear cameras and a 13MP front-facing camera. Keeping the lights on for the 5.5-inch AMOLED display with Full HD (1080p) resolution will be a 6000mAh battery. There will also be an AGM X2 Pro that features 8GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage, as well as a whopping 10000 mAh battery! Both the AGM X2 and X2 Pro will allegedly be running Android Nougat out of the box.

AGM might be the first manufacturer to market such a flagship smartphone with a water resistant rugged design, though, but there are still no Malaysia release dates or pricing details. The AGM X1 is currently listed on Lazada for RM1752 but is not in stock at the moment of writing indicating that it could come to Malaysia and for a price tag that is more affordable than other smartphones with similar tech specs. How much would you pay for the AGM X2 Pro? Feel free to discuss below and stay tuned to TechNave.com
