While we've yet to hear about the next generation of the ASUS ZenFone, it appears that the next generation of the ASUS ZenFone Go, the ASUS ZenFone Go 2 has appeared as the X015D at China's TENAA. Tech specs are surprisingly high-end for the usual entry-level ZenFone Go with 3GB RAM / 32GB storage and 4GB RAM / 64GB storage versions. Other tech specs include a 1.5Ghz octa-core processor, 5.5-inch HD display, 4G LTE and very large 4850 mAh battery.
Measuring in at 154.5×76.6×8.85mm, it also has dual cameras and a front home button which could have a fingerprint sensor. No Malaysia release dates or pricing details but if it does sell for below or around RM700 like the current ZenFone Go generation, ASUS could have another midrange value buster on their hands.
