Rumours: Canon EOS 5D Mark IV and new Canon Wifi module seen online

If you are patiently waiting for the next new camera from Canon, have faith as their next camera is coming soon to the market – just around the corner after Photokina 2016. We have here the leaked photos of the upcoming Canon EOS 5D Mark IV and Canon's answer to the Eyefi.

We can expect the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV to have the following specs:

  • Dual Pixel CMOS AF 
  • AF 61 points 
  • 150,000-pixel RGB + IR photometry sensor 
  • Anti-flicker 
  • Continuous shooting 7 frames / sec.

  • Weather sealing 
  • 4K at 30fps 
  • JPEG still image of 8MP from 4K video 
  • 120fps HD video for slow motion 
  • Time-lapse movie

At the same time, Canon will also release a new accesory. Called the W-E1, it is Canon's answer to the EyFi. Basically it is a wireless adapter in the form of a SD, so it can fit into a standard SD slot in older Canon cameras, and instantly add WiFi capability to them.
