Rumours: Google Pixel 2 to integrate a Snapdragon 836 processor

Quick, what's even more powerful than a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835? If you answered a Snapdragon 836, then you're right. And rumours have it that it will appear in the Google Pixel 2. Oh my, how exciting.

So what's the power difference between the 836 and 835 chip? Well, both actually have the CPU and GPU inside the structure, but the difference is the clocking speed which is unspecified. What's more, the 836 was supposed to be in the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 first but there has been a change of plans. Besides from the aforementioned smartphones, other Android phones such as the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 and perhaps a Mi 6s could also integrate that processor, as well as OnePlus 5's next successor.
