If we are to say anything about LG – they need to catch up with the rest of the market in terms of marketing their product. The first step is to create a new flagship product that is exciting – but from a leaked render online, it may be more of the same old thing.

According to the renders seen online, the shape of 2017’s flagship is set to look the same as the LG G5, but with some minor differences. It will be a bit slimmer, and at this point of time we do not know if LG will be pursuing their modular design with the new flagship. We can speculate that the phone will have either a 5.2-inch screen or a 5.5-ibch display, the latest SoC from Qualcomm (the Snapdragon 821 or even the Snapdragon 830), and a dual camera setup like the one on the original G5 and V20.

With the other major Korean manufacturer licking its wound over the incident they faced last year, one would thought that LG would have capitalised oh this to push their branding to the forefront. However we may just instead be treated to the same old thing, unless they have a surprise up their sleeves. Stay tuned to TechNave to find out.
