While Meizu is slowly growing in stature and brand awareness – it doesn't stop them from creating new and exciting products. An event happening this 30th November is set to be Meizu’s crown jewel for 2016 as they are ready to unveil the Meizu X. However we have some sneak peeks on the device, with a new feature never seen before in a smartphone.
Reports are suggesting that a new Helio X30 chip will power the all-metal Meizu X, which is a 10-core processor. The GPU in charge of graphics should be the PowerVR 7XT quad-core GPU, the same one used in the iPhone 7 series. No other specs have been leaked, so we have to wait for the launch date.
One new feature that we can expect with the Meizu X is the inclusion of a ring-flash around the camera at the rear of the smartphone. This is a new feature that has yet to be seen with other smartphones in the market. We do not know how effective this flash will be, so aw have to wait for its official unveiling soon.
