With an upcoming release of a small-sized flagship, the HTC Bolt – the company is sure to release something along in their affordable smartphone range; and what do you know, a new model has been reported is to be released at the same time with the Bolt, using the code name HTC Desire A17.
Not much is known about the new phone, other than the phone will come with HTC Sense 8, as well as Android 6.0.1 out of the box. We may conjure some speculation from the previous HTC Desire line, the 530, as that phone carries the code name A16.
As a recap, the HTC Desire 530 has a 5-inch 720p display with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 running the show, alongside 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. An 8-megapixel camera sits at the back while a 5-megapixel unit sits on the front – all powered by a 2200mAh battery.
We may see the HTC Desire A17 to be the replacement for this entry-level model as a contrast to the high-end HTC Bolt. Stay tuned to TechNave as we bring more news on the HTC Desire A17.
