As per usual TENAA is a source to go to see what is new from device manufacturers, and Meizu is the latest company that has just registered new devices to the certification agency – in this case two variant of a single smartphone – the Meizu M5S .
From the filing, the upcoming device is set to have an octa-core 1.3GHz processor, and sports a 5.2-inch HD screen. RAM options include 2/3/4GB, while internal memory options include 16/32/64GB. In terms of camera, the handset features a 13MP rear unit and a 5MP front shooter.
From the looks of it, this is set to me one of the many mid-tier devices that will be coming to the market in 2017. The phone should be heading to our market as well in 2017, just that we do not know when the timing will be. Stay tuned to TechNave for more information on the new Meizu M5S.
