Rumours: Nokia planning another two new mid-range phones?

So far, Nokia has only showed us their mid-low range tier phones along with the revamped 3310 which was shown at the MWC 2017. There’s also a rumoured Snapdragon 835 Nokia phone, but today we won’t be looking into that as there are rumours of two other phones that we have not heard before.

For simplicity’s sake, we will just call these two devices Nokia 7 and 8, and the higher end one as Nokia 9 since they haven’t got any name. Nokia 7 and 8 is said to feature an unofficial Snapdragon 660 (which is a successor to the Snapdragon 652), the latter will have a bigger screen presumably 6-inch in QHD display, and the former will come in 1080p display.

Design-wise, don’t be surprised if Nokia decided to make the new phones look the same as the Nokia 6 with thin bezels and metallic unibody model, but perhaps the camera module behind will look different just like what we seen for the Nokia 3 and 5. Nokia 7 and 8 should have a fingerprint sensor, bigger camera modules and fast charging technology.

In addition, the new Nokia phones could hit the shelves in May or June. Stay tuned for that and we will report any Nokia news at TechNave.com.
