Rumours: Nokia's new flagship smartphone could debut in China first

Yesterday, we reported that Nokia will be returning to the smartphone industry next year and it has surely go fans and customer pumped up. As you may know, they are currently in collaboration with HMD Global, a company from Finland as well as Foxconn (which happens to be one of Apple's suppliers), and the return of Nokia could likely be released in China first.

As far as speculations are concerned, we have only known about the Nokia D1C which will feature mid-range tech-specs, but there's also a flagship model, which is supposedly the one that will be launch in China. Rumours have it that there will be two variants coming in 5.2-inch and 5.5-inch, the bigger one will have a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 chip, 2K AMOLED display, Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and a good IP68 rating water resistance.

On the other hand, the D1C should sport a Snapdragon 430 processor, 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM, and runs Android 7.0 Nougat as well. The design is said to be similar to the Lumia 925, until then, stay tuned for more news at Technave.com.
