The upcoming OnePlus 3, the successor to the OnePlus 2 is shaping up to be a great phone to look out for this year. According to reports, there will be two different models to be on sale, with the two models differing in both price and RAM offerings.
As a recap, the OnePlus 3 is expected to ship with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, either 4 or 6 GB of RAM, up to 64GB of storage (which we expect will be paired with the higher RAM variant) and a rear 16 megapixel camera.
The biggest surprise is that the report states that the OnePlus 3 will start from only RMB 1999, which translates to roughly about RM 1200. This is cheaper than the starting price of the OnePlus 2, which was around RM 1600 when it first came to the market last year.
This is great for consumers, as they can expect flagship performance without the hefty price tag associated with it.
