Rumours: Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) gets WiFi certification

For a very long time now, most of Samsung's midrange smartphones were just a little bit better than their entry-level counterparts. The gap between a Samsung flagship and midranger was like heaven and earth with uninspired design and “just enough” features to differentiate from the entry-level. That started changing last year with the Galaxy J series and now here we are with the sleek Galaxy A 2017 series.

By now you should have heard of the newly released Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) and A5 (2017), not only do these two phones look good but both are equipped with IP68 water and dust resistance, as well as 16MP for the front and back cameras and Samsung Pay.
