MWC is just around the corner, and we are expecting companies to come out with new announcements by then. Sony is said to be hard at work refreshing their line just in time for MWC and one of the models slated to be introduced is the update to the Sony Xperia XA 2017.

A new collection of renders of the smartphone has appeared online, showing an updated Sony design of the mid-tier smartphone. We can confirm that the audio jack is still present, as well the inclusion of USB Type-C. What is back for Sony is the lanyard straphole, which is popular with the Xperia series for some time.
