Here we are the eve of the Malaysian launch of Sony flagship, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and already we are hearing reports of the announcement of the next Sony releases, the Xperia XZ1 series. The series will comprise of three separate models namely Xperia XZ1, Xperia XZ1 Compact and the Xperia X1.
Report leaks also suggested that the Xperia XZ1 will be powered by a Snapdragon 835 chipset with a 5.2-inch FHD display, 4GB RAM and a 3000 mAh battery.
The XZ1 will aso be sporting a Snapdragon 835 SoC, a smaller 4.6-inch HD display with 4GB RAM and a 2800 mAh battery capacity.
Lastly, the Xperia X1 will be powered by a Snapdragon 660 processor, a 5.0-inch FHD display, 4GB RAM and a 2800 mAh battery capacity as well.
All 3 phones may feature a new type of camera technology which was only revealed to be some sort of “full pixel continuous shooting”. It is too early to speculate what this is but one thing is for sure, we’re excited to see what Sony will be throwing at us this time.
There is no way to tell when these babies will be officially announced in Malaysia while we’re still awaiting the Xperia XZ Premium’s grand launching but do stay tuned to TechNave.com for the latest Sony updates.
