We have seen Xiaomi launched several new devices in the past several months, and thanks to our friends at Lowyat, it seems that two of the said devices, the Xiaomi Mi Max and the Xiaomi Redmi 3 will be heading to Malaysia pretty soon.
SIRIM’s database gave hints on the possible arrival of the two models, as entries of the two models are spotted in their database. Just as a recap, the Xiaomi Mi Max is a 6.4 inch device with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 652/650 processor + Adreno 510 graphics, 3GB / 4GB RAM, 32GB / 64GB / 128GB flash (supports up to 128GB microSD), 16-megapixel camera with PDAF, Fingerprint sensor, Sunlight Display, MIUI 8 and a 4850mAh battery. The Redmi 3 meanwhile is a device with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage (expandable memory up to 128GB), 5-inch 720P HD display, 13MP rear camera + 5MP front camera, MIUI 7, and a 4100 mAh battery.
We have no confirmation that the two models will come to Malaysia anytime soon, but once Xiaomi has given the confirmation, we will share it right here on TechNave for our readers.
