The benchmark kings GFXBench has recently recorded two new benchmarks for two new smartphones coming from Sony, with screens smaller than the current standard of 5 inches. The two new phones are reported to be two mid-range phones, both intended for users with smaller hands.

First, the F3216 as it is called right now will have a 4.6 inch display running at 1080p, and will be powered by the MediaTek Helio P10 chipset – a chip that has eight cores running at 1.9Ghz and the Mali-T860 graphic processor. It is also reported to be paired with 2GBs of RAM – another indication that it is a mid-ranger device. It will have a 21 megapixel back camera, and a 16 megapixel front camera, so it should be a good imaging companion, for landscapes or selfies.

The second model is called the F3311, which its specs appears to be a toned-down version of the F3216. It has the same 4.6 inch screen, but the panel is a 720p display instead. It will also come with a Merdiatek MT6735 chip, 1.5GB of RAM, 16 megapixel rear camera and 5 megapixel front camera.

While the specs may be ok on paper, the inclusion of only 1.5GB of RAM for the second model is a concern for us at Technave. We will share more info once it pops up online.
