The Sony Xperia X series has been launched globally recently, with the Xperia X, Sony Xperia XA and Xperia XA Ultra available in Malaysia. We have yet to see if the Xperia X Performance will be featured in the Malaysian market, but thanks to a new rumour, we may just want to wait for something better.
An entry on GeekBench may just revealed a new upcoming Sony Xperia model to be launched by the end of the year, or early next year. This new model is set to be above the X Performance, with the associated specs as well.
It is expected to have:
- 5.1 inch 1080p screen
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 820
- 3GB RAM
- 32GB Storage
- 21 megapixel back camera
- 12 megapixel front camera
We may see this model featured in the upcoming IFA 2016 event in berlin in September, so stay tuned to TechNave to see if this news bears any fruit.
