Look who decided to show up. The Xiaomi Mi 6C has appeared to us once again, this time in the form of renders and some spec leaks.

The apparently ‘more affordable’ version of the Xiaomi Mi 6 will be priced from around 2000CNY which is around RM1200 only as compared to the Mi 6's retail price of RM1899. In our book, that is looking very affordable.

The images itself show a nice unibody metal design and a very thin bezel build. Which leads us to the specs leak that indeed confirms that the Mi 6C will come with a sleek aluminium body and a 2.5mm wide bezel. As for the innards, the Mi 5C is rumoured to come with a Surge S2: 4x Cortex-A73 (2.2GHz) + Cortex-A53 (1.8GHz), Mali-G71MP12 (830MHz) chipset instead of the Snapdragon 660 and will be complemented by 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB to 128GB internal memory.

Although the Mi 6C is seen to only house one camera, it is rumoured that the small window next to the camera is actually a 5MP secondary camera, thus it is actually a dual camera setup. Sadly though, we don’t see a headphone jack.

The Xiaomi Mi 6C was reported to be announced mid of 2017, but we have to hear any news of it. Due to that, we are just going to be patient to see if it’ll come to Malaysia or not.

Please do remember that these are early rumours, and we cannot tell if this will be entirely true or not but make sure to stay tuned to TechNave.com to find out.
