We may be seeing the next wave of curved smartphones after the launch of the now delayed Samsung Galaxy Note 7, as Xiaomi is reportedly readying their update to their Mi Note series. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is reported to have curved screen – just like the Samsung device, but with an expected lower price.
As a recap, Specs wise, it may adopt the latest Snapdragon 821 chipset, a 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED touchscreen, a powerful 6GB RAM inside (there could be a 4GB RAM variant as well), a 12MP rear camera and a 3700 mAh battery under the hood.
From the photo here, it looks like the same curved design as the Samsung competitor – complete with the home button cutout that we expect to house the home button/fingerprint scanner.
