Later this month, the next Samsung Galaxy Unpacked is expected to showcase quite a range of new products. Not only will there be the reveal of the Galaxy S25 series, but the event could also showcase the Galaxy Z Flip FE and Galaxy Watch8 Classic.
The Galaxy Z Flip FE could be the more exciting of the two for Samsung fans, as it could be the affordable foldable smartphone many have been waiting for. As you may know, "Fan Edition" Galaxy devices tend to have lower prices, making them more affordable. For the Galaxy Z Flip FE, Samsung may use older parts to reduce production costs.

Originally, it was suggested the FE variant could use the same display as the Galaxy Z Flip 7 launching later this year. However, sources claim that the Galaxy Z Flip FE could use the older Galaxy Z Flip 6's display. In other words, Samsung could rely on unused display panels to save costs. Going from that angle, the company could also use leftover supplies for components like the cameras, battery, and chipset.
Mind you, this isn't conclusive evidence, so take the news with a grain of salt. But if it is, maybe more people could afford their first foldable phone. What do you think? Share your thoughts on our Facebook page, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
