For your information, this feature is known as Telegram Business. Thanks to this new feature, you can turn your Telegram account into a business account. That would enable a few business features such as opening hours, location, quick replies, automated messages, a custom start page, chatbot support, and so forth.
In addition, if you are familiar with WhatsApp Business, you might be aware of a similar chatbox feature for Telegram Business. That means shortcuts such as “Quick Replies” and “Greeting Messages”, and a default “Start Page” for your business account. As you can expect, you can also display hours of operation and show your business location on a map.
Interestingly, you can also set an “Away Message” when you are out of business hours. Think of it as your personalised automated replies while being AFK. Thanks to Telegram Business/Premium, you can also set tags or labels for your chats. You can also classify your chats via the Chat Folders feature. So, that’s a very convenient feature to have.
