As time passes by, the pandemic has crippled many local businesses, especially impacting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The SME Digital Matching Grant is introduced by the Malaysian government through the Short-Term Economic Recovery Plan (PENJANA).
For those who don't know, the Celcom Business Suite has been enhanced with Celcom Business Suite Productivity Pack where business owners can continue to manage and operate their businesses smoothly, at an affordable price of only RM58 per month. The package also offers Celcom InternetGO mobile internet of 15GB, Microsoft Office 365 Business Basic application and unlimited Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, and Webex quota.
On the other hand, Celcom's Business Suite Booster Pack allows SMEs to operate their businesses digitally with digital solutions such as Mesinkira Basic, a lite contactless Point of Sales (POS) that manages inventories, transaction records and integrated with digital payment services like e-wallets, credit, and debit cards. The Booster Pack at only RM227 per month which includes Celcom Business Wireless with a 150GB data quota, and Enterprise Bulk Messaging to allow SMEs to reach a wider market via SMS broadcast services.
In addition, Celcom also offers mobile plans for SMEs with Flexi Pack, offering huge data allocation that is paired with Microsoft 365 Business Basic and Business Standard applications. Flexi Pack comes with unlimited data for Whatsapp and Wechat. The all-new Celcom Business Suite SME bundles also offer business owners the flexibility to choose and customise add-on services such as cybersecurity protection with Cyber Guard, Celcom HR Biz Suite with 10 employee licenses and Mesinkira Standard.
