Based on a statement by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, it seems that salons, barbers, and eyeglass shops will not be allowed to operate until the end of the MCO. This response was based on feedback from the public who were concerned that the number of COVID-19 cases might increase if these businesses were given leeway to operate.

But that’s not all, the Ramadan bazaar is also not allowed to operate until further notice as well. As for college students who are currently stuck at their university dorms, the government has advised them that they should continue to stay at their respective universities until further notice.

With all that said, what are your thoughts on the government not allowing salons, barbers, eyeglass shops as well as the annual Ramadan bazaar to operate? Let us know on our Facebook page and for more updates like this, stay tuned to TechNave.com.
