Samsung Malaysia today announced the launch of the Samsung Galaxy A04, its latest offering in the affordable smartphone segment. Featuring a 6.5-inch PLS LCD Infinity-V display, the screen has an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek P35 SoC paired with either 3 or 4GB of RAM. As for storage options, the device is offered in either 32 or 64GB and supports up to 1TB of expandable storage with its microSD card slot.
Samsung claims that the Galaxy A04 can last up to two days thanks to its 5000mAh battery, which also supports 15W adaptive fast charging. Besides that, the smartphone also features dual SIM, Dolby Atmos sound, a 3.5mm audio jack, USB-C and comes in 3 colour options, namely Black, Copper and Green.
As for the cameras, the rear of the device houses a 50MP main + 2MP depth dual-camera setup while the front has a 5MP selfie camera. In Malaysia, the Galaxy A04 is priced at RM479 for the 3/32GB variant and RM559 for the 4/64GB configuration. It is now available for purchase on the Samsung Online Store.
