Samsung quietly launched their Galaxy A14 5G today from just $200 USD (~RM877.60). On top of connecting to 5G, it also has a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 4GB / 6GB of RAM, 64GB / 128GB of storage and 1TB microSD support.

Despite the entry-level pricing, the phone comes with a 5000 mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. There’s even triple rear cameras that consist of a 50MP main camera, 2MP depth sensor and 2MP macro camera. A 13MP camera is located in a water drop notch on the front.

The Exynos 1330 chipset appears to be a new chipset for the midrange that is a bit higher in performance than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695. However, we expect that it will be more skewed towards battery energy efficiency than outright performance.

The Galaxy A14 5G is the first phone from Samsung to be introduced in 2023 and comes with Android 13 and the One UI 5.0 interface right out of the box. The phone will come in black, silver, maroon and light green.

No Malaysia release dates or pricing details just yet, but it is expected to be sold starting from April 2023. Would you be looking for an entry-level 5G Samsung phone around that time? Let us know if you’re interested in the Galaxy A14 5G in the comments and stay tuned to TechNave.com
