Samsung is gearing up for the release of its latest mid-ranger, the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G. Spotted on many certification databases, a recent leak also shared its key specs, so read on to learn more.
According to The Tech Outlook, the Galaxy A16 5G is set for release in India by the end of this month and will likely be launched in other markets afterwards. The publication then shared some details about the device based on its leaked product sheet.
Design-wise, the device will have triple cameras at the back aligned vertically to the left, while at the front, the selfie shooter is housed inside a water-drop notch. Specs-wise, the mid-ranger sports a 6.7-inch SA Infinity U display with an FHD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and 800 nits peak brightness.
It’ll be powered by either Exynos 1330 or Dimensity 6300 SoC, according to the region. Lastly, the Galaxy A16 5G will receive 6 OS updates and 6 years of security updates, which was previously unheard of for a mid-ranger.
