Samsung Galaxy A25 5G spotted on Geekbench, features Exynos 1280 SoC

Samsung may launch a new mid-range A-series smartphone soon as the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G was just spotted on Geekbench. The listing also revealed some key specs, including its processor and RAM. 

Spotted by MySmartPrice, the Geekbench listing showed that the Galaxy A25 5G’s model number is SM-A256B. Furthermore, it reveals an Exynos 1280 chipset paired with 8GB RAM.

Accordingly, the device scores 973 on single-core and 2106 on multi-core. The final spec revealed by the listing is that it runs on Android 14 OS, presumably over OneUI 5.

The device’s renders were previously leaked by OnLeaks/Giznext, revealing a triple-camera setup at its rear and a water-drop notch on the display. Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed as of yet.
