Rumours of the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G first popped up in August 2021, followed by renders of the device in November 2021. But it looks like the phone could be getting closer to a global launch soon. Recently, the specs for the phone have been revealed on an official platform.

According to Gizmochina, the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G has been listed on the Google Play Console website. Based on the details published, the phone will come with an Exynos 1200 chipset. It will also come with 6GB of RAM, but we expect to see another variant with 8GB of RAM. As for storage, the two variants should have 128GB and 256GB, respectively.

Besides the core specs, the Google Play Console listing also shows the front of the design. It has a standard flat display with a punch-hole in the top-centre for a front camera, which could be a 32MP sensor if it follows last year's Galaxy A52 5G. As for the rear cameras, the 64MP+13MP+5MP+5MP quad-camera setup should make a return. However, there's also a chance that Samsung could upgrade the cameras.

Since the Galaxy A53 has started to appear on official listing sites, the launch day could be coming soon. Are you interested in getting this model for yourself? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more updates about it.
