It's only the first day of 2025, but the rumour mill churns endlessly and rumours abound. One of the latest is about the Samsung Galaxy A56, which should launch sometime in March this year. This launch window is likely, as specs for the device are already floating online.
Tipster @TheGalox_ has posted some specs for the Samsung Galaxy A56. It's a short list containing key details like the Exynos chipset, display, and cameras. Specifically, this model will sport the Exynos 1580 chipset, 8GB or 12GB of RAM, and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. For reference, the Galaxy A55 featured an Exynos 1480 chipset, while the RAM and storage variants were the same.

For the display, the Galaxy A56 will have a 120Hz FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED Display. It should be of the same or similar size to its predecessor's, which is a 6.6-inch screen with HDR10+ support. The Galaxy A56 is also expected to have a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera, 5MP macro camera, and 12MP front camera. As for the battery, it will have the same 5000mAh capacity but support 45W fast charging.
Based on the image provided by the source, the Galaxy A56 has a slightly different design to its rear camera module. The module sticks out more and could make the phone wobble more when placed on a table. Overall, the Galaxy A56 doesn't seem like that big of an upgrade, so the Galaxy A55 could be a better deal if it receives a price cut.
