A teaser image of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A8s has appeared not only seemingly confirming that it will have an Infinity O display (all screen except for a hole for the selfie camera in the top left corner) but also that it will be coming on 10 December 2018 in Beijing. Apart from the date and location, the teaser also has a Chinese text which translates into “insight into the future”, hinting that Infinity O displays could be coming in future Samsung Galaxy devices, maybe even next year’s Galaxy S10 series.

No confirmed tech specs or features just yet but the Galaxy A8s could have a Snapdragon 710 chipset, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage and the 6.39-inch Infinity O display from BOE. Since it is one of the A series we also expect triple rear cameras perhaps in a 25MP + 5MP + 10MP setup with a 24MP front camera and 3400 mAh battery. Rumours indicate that there may be no 3.5mm audio jack, indicating that this is a USB Type C only smartphone.
