As we enter the month of March soon, that also means the coming of the Mobile World Congress 2022. Tech brands would annually come and show off their latest devices and Samsung is definitely one of them. In conjunction with the event, the company unveiled two new notebooks called the Galaxy Book 2 Pro and Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360.
Starting with the Galaxy Book 2 Pro, it is packed with the latest 12th Gen Intel Core Processors (i7 and i5) with Intel Evo graphics. With these tech specs, you can tell that these notebooks are just meant for working and it also has up to 21 hours of battery life (results may vary on usage).
Coming pre-installed with Windows 11, it has some important features that are used nowadays such as having WiFi 6E, three USB Type-C ports of up to 65W, a fingerprint sensor cum power button and even 5G connectivity. The notebook is fairly compact and uses only a 13.3 or 15.6-inch AMOLED display in FHD resolution. Unfortunately, there isn't an HDMI port.
On the other hand, the Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 isn't that much different from the standard version. This notebook is a 2-in-1 PC with Intel Iris X graphics and has an extra Burgundy colour scheme option apart from Silver and Graphite. Users may choose to get a separated S-Pen stylus as well for design purposes.
There aren't any official prices and availability announced yet, but here are the available memory capacity for the notebooks.
- Galaxy Book 2 - 8GB, 16GB and 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM. Up to 1TB NVMe SSD of storage
- Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 - 8GB, 16GB and 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM. 256GB, 512GB and 1TB SSD of storage
