Samsung seemed to be on a roll with tablets for MWC 2017. Along with the Galaxy Tab S3, which runs on Android, they had also unveiled the Galaxy Book, which is a pair of hybrid tablet/notebook running Microsoft Windows 10.

Geared towards the productivity market, interestingly, these two new Windows-based 2-in-1 offerings also features Samsung’s S Pen system. Unlike their Android sibling, they come with the keyboard accessory out-of-the-box, making them similar devices to Microsoft’s Surface offerings. Running on the Windows 10 operating system, its offers the full desktop Microsoft Office experience for maximum productivity. Samsung now offers support for tilt detection of the S Pen in Windows 10, opening up the possibility for more precise pen inputs.

The Galaxy Book will be available in two variants, a 10.6-inch as well as a 12-inch, with differing specifications. Full specs listed below:

At this moment of writing, availability and pricing information for the Samsung Galaxy Book had not been released. Realistically speaking, seeing how Samsung has more presence in the mobile market in Malaysia, these would never see the light of day in Malaysia, however, do stay tuned with us on TechNave.com for news of availability if they do launch in Malaysia.
