The Samsung Galaxy F06 is now officially available in India as an affordable 5G smartphone. The new device shares most of the same specifications as the Galaxy A06, with the main differences being the processor and design. The Galaxy F06 is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip, which means it supports 5 G, while the Galaxy A06 only supports the Helio G85 chip.
For your information, the design is also different with the Galaxy F06 having an oval-shaped camera module that houses the 50MP + 2MP main camera. In addition, it has an 8MP selfie camera. The screen is a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate and 800nits peak brightness. The Android One UI software is also used with four years of OS and security updates.
Additionally, the device also packs a 5000mAh battery that can be charged via 25W charging. The selling price starts at INR9499 (~RM 488) with Bahana Blue and Lit Purple colour options. We have yet to confirm the Malaysia release date or other specs for the device. Hopefully, everything will be revealed soon.
