Samsung Galaxy F22 release: 90Hz display, 6,000mAh battery and 48MP camera, starts from ~RM697

Samsung has brought its latest ultimate budget phone to the Asian market. The company has renamed the Galaxy A22, which was launched in Europe, as Galaxy F22 and gave it a new design with a few new tech specs. Let's read on to find out what are the selling points of the Galaxy F22!

Powered by MediaTek Helio G80, the Galaxy F22 sports a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display that only has HD+ resolution but offers a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device comes with a huge 6,000mAh battery, which is even larger than the 5,000mAh battery on the Galaxy A22.

For photography, the Galaxy F22 brings a quad-camera setup that is equipped with a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide module, a 2MP macro camera, and another 2MP depth camera. On the front, there's a 13MP camera for selfies and video calls.

The device is available in two memory configurations that are 4/64GB and 6/128GB. It is priced at INR12,499 (~RM697) and INR14,499 (~RM808) respectively. For the colour options, the Galaxy F22 comes in Black and Blue. The device will be on sale starting from 12 July 2021 in India.
