In the midst of leaks on new Samsung products, there hasn't been a single thing on audio devices aside from the Galaxy Buds Plus. However, it seems Samsung indeed has something else in the works that will supposedly be revealed after Samsung Unpacked itself. This audio device is supposed to be the Galaxy Home Mini.

According to SlashGear, the Galaxy Home Mini is basically a miniaturised version of the Galaxy Home smart speaker that was introduced in 2018. Unlike other smart speakers, it comes with an IR blaster, which allows users to control other appliance with it. Besides that, it can be connected to other Samsung smart home devices and has Bixby voice assistant included.

Currently, Samsung is only planning to launch this device in its home country of South Korea on 12 February 2020 for a price of 99000 Korean Won (~RM341). We are unable to confirm if Samsung has plans to launch it overseas so we'll just have to wait and see. To the Samsung users out there, would you consider buying this smart speaker?
