With the recent quiet announcement of the Samsung Galaxy J Max, there was another one appearing in South Africa too, called the Galaxy J1 Ace Neo, as a tiny entry-level 4.3-inch smartphone. Below are the tech-specs listed from Samsung South Africa website:
- Quad-core 1.5GHz CPU
- 1GB RAM
- 8GB internal storage (expandable memory available up to 128GB)
- Measures 130.1 x 67.6 x 9.5 and weighs 131g
- 4.3-inch Super AMOLED screen with 480 x 800 resolution
- 5MP rear camera + 2MP front camera
- Supports 4G LTE connectivity
- 1900 mAh battery
For some reason, the Android OS version was not specified but we assume it's packing a 5.1 Lollipop in it with the given tech-specs. The phone handles video chats and will be available in white, black and blue. It also has Ultra Power Saving Mode for extending battery life.
