Samsung Galaxy M14 5G release: 6000mAh battery, 90Hz LCD display and Exynos 1330 SoC from ~RM1003

Samsung has released the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G in Ukraine, its latest offering in the affordable M-series lineup. Featuring some bang-for-your-buck features and specs, read on to find out more. 

According to Samsung Ukraine’s official website, the Galaxy M14 5G sports a 6.6-inch 90Hz PLS LCD panel with a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels. The display also has an Infinity-V notch to house a 13MP selfie camera.

At its rear, the device has a 50Mp main + 2MP macro + 2MP depth triple-camera setup. Under the hood, the Galaxy M14 5G is powered by the Exynos 1330 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of storage. It also supports expandable storage of up to 1TB via the microSD card slot. 

There’s also a massive 6000mAh battery under the hood with support for 25W fast charging via the USB-C port. Other notable specs include Android 13 OS via One UI Core 5, a 3.5mm audio jack, 5G connectivity, dual SIM, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and colour options of Dark Blue, Blue or Silver.

In Ukraine, the Galaxy M14 5G is priced at UAH8299 or ~RM1003 for the 4/64GB variant and UAH8999 or ~RM1087 for the 4/128GB configuration. As of the time of writing, Samsung has yet to reveal whether the device would be coming to other regions.
